Review of Public Personnel Administration (ROPPA), peer-reviewed and published quarterly, presents timely, rigorous scholarship on human resource management in public service organizations. Articles cover both traditional and emerging topics, including analysis of the effects of specific HR procedures or programs on the management function and assessment of the impact of HR management on the broader areas of public policy and administration. This journal is a member of the COPE.
