Published by Springer. ISSN: 1535-1084.Mark Mattson has been coeditor of the Journal of Molecular Neuroscience (JMN) and is now, with Christine van Broeckhoven and John Hardy, developing a more focused venue for the molecular genetics, biochemistry and cell biology of neurological disorders. NeuroMolecular Medicine (Part B of JMN) is committed to publishing high quality original research and critical reviews in these exciting areas of research. NeuroMolecular Medicine will encompass basic research in the fields of molecular genetics, signal transduction, plasticity, and cell death, and will give special attention to synthetic research and reviews that aim to bridge genetic aberrancies with cellular and molecular mechanisms of neurological pathogenesis. The information published in NMM will provide a window into the future of molecular medicine for the nervous system.
