植物生物系統(tǒng)是意大利植物學(xué)會(huì)編輯的研究期刊。該雜志每年出版三次，對(duì)涉及植物生物學(xué)、系統(tǒng)學(xué)和生態(tài)學(xué)各方面的論文開(kāi)放。從分子水平到生態(tài)系統(tǒng)，從微生物到開(kāi)花植物，包含新穎和重要發(fā)現(xiàn)的研究是受歡迎的。植物生物系統(tǒng)從1997年起繼承了意大利植物學(xué)會(huì)的歷史期刊《意大利植物學(xué)報(bào)》。考慮到植物研究的最新進(jìn)展，提出了植物生物系統(tǒng)的概念。為了確保當(dāng)代植物科學(xué)的所有主要趨勢(shì)都得到體現(xiàn)，已經(jīng)設(shè)立了一個(gè)編輯委員會(huì)。手稿分為“全文”、“快速報(bào)告”或“簡(jiǎn)短溝通”。一份快速報(bào)告的目的是以簡(jiǎn)明扼要的形式發(fā)表新的和有關(guān)的調(diào)查結(jié)果。快速報(bào)告的分類(lèi)由編輯決定。簡(jiǎn)短的溝通(不超過(guò)兩頁(yè)印刷)是為了簡(jiǎn)潔而獨(dú)立的報(bào)告。它不打算發(fā)表初步結(jié)果。評(píng)論文章也會(huì)發(fā)表，但只有在編輯的邀請(qǐng)下才會(huì)發(fā)表。一個(gè)由高素質(zhì)的國(guó)際裁判組成的小組保證了最高的科學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Plant Biosystems is the research journal edited by the Società Botanica Italiana. Published three times a year, the journal is open to papers dealing with all aspects of plant biology, systematics, and ecology. Research studies containing novel and significant findings, from the molecular level to ecosystems and from micro-organisms to flowering plants, are welcome. Plant Biosystems succeeded " Giornale Botanico Italiano", the historical journal of the Società Botanica Italiana, from the year 1997.Plant Biosystems has been conceived in consideration of the recent progress in botanical research. An editorial board has been devised to ensure that all the main trends of contemporary plant science are represented. Manuscripts are classified as 'Full Paper', 'Rapid Report' or 'Short Communication'. A Rapid Report is intended for publication, in a concise form, of new and relevant findings. The classification as Rapid Report is determined by the Editor. A Short Communication (no more than two printed pages) is for a concise but independent report. It is not intended for publication of preliminary results. Review articles are also published, but only upon invitation by the Editor. An international panel of highly qualified referees warrants the highest scientific standard.
