《動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)檔案》是一本涵蓋動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)的生物化學(xué)和生理基礎(chǔ)的國(guó)際期刊。重點(diǎn)放在蛋白質(zhì)和氨基酸代謝、能量轉(zhuǎn)化、礦物質(zhì)代謝、維生素代謝、營(yíng)養(yǎng)對(duì)腸道和身體功能的影響等方面的原創(chuàng)性論文，并分別結(jié)合性能標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。介紹了近年來(lái)在實(shí)際動(dòng)物飼養(yǎng)、飼料理論、飼料添加劑作用方式、飼料保鮮和飼料加工等方面的研究進(jìn)展。該光譜涵蓋所有相關(guān)的動(dòng)物物種，包括食物生產(chǎn)和同伴動(dòng)物。很少能夠優(yōu)先考慮涉及更多描述性研究的論文，即使這些論文可能是有趣的，在技術(shù)上是健全的，或?qū)?dòng)物生產(chǎn)有影響，或僅對(duì)特定區(qū)域條件有關(guān)的主題。同行評(píng)審的聲明《動(dòng)物營(yíng)養(yǎng)檔案》是一本國(guó)際性、同行評(píng)議的期刊，發(fā)表高質(zhì)量的原創(chuàng)研究成果。所有提交的稿件都要經(jīng)過(guò)編輯的初步評(píng)估，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)適合進(jìn)一步考慮，還要經(jīng)過(guò)獨(dú)立的、匿名的專(zhuān)家評(píng)審。所有的同行評(píng)審都是單盲的，通過(guò)電子郵件提交給編輯Ortwin Simon教授，地址是osimon@zedat.fu-berlin.de。

Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international journal covering the biochemical and physiological basis of animal nutrition. Emphasis is laid on original papers on protein and amino acid metabolism, energy transformation, mineral metabolism, vitamin metabolism, nutritional effects on intestinal and body functions in combination with performance criteria, respectively. It furthermore deals with recent developments in practical animal feeding, feedstuff theory, mode of action of feed additives, feedstuff preservation and feedstuff processing. The spectrum covers all relevant animal species including food producing and companion animals. Seldom can priority be given to papers covering more descriptive studies, even if they may be interesting and technically sound or of impact for animal production, or for topics of relevance for only particular regional conditions.Peer Review Statement Archives of Animal Nutrition is an international, peer-reviewed journal publishing high-quality, original research. All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editors, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees.
